Applications for the Unite BVI Kickstart Small Business Loan Programme are now open to entrepreneurs planning to start a business or to expand an already existing business that is going to have a positive impact on the environment or our communities. Loan amounts are $1K-$25K and no interest, no-down-payment, and no collateral are required.

With face-to-face learning severely affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, the Caribbean Tourism Organization (CTO) has developed a program of virtual workshops to assist members seeking training for those in the tourism sector.
Apple has set the date for its next event. The company's latest devices, which will likely include the sixth-generation Apple Watch and a new iPad, will be unveiled on Sept. 15 at 10 a.m. PT. Like Apple's Worldwide Developers Conference, the event will be held entirely online amid continued concerns about the coronavirus pandemic. Apple's event will be streamed via its website.
14th September 2020 – The National Hurricane Centre (NHC) is monitoring a total of 7 tropical systems in the Atlantic however, for this region the focus is on Teddy and Disturbance 3. Teddy has recently formed becoming the nineteenth named storm for the 2020 Atlantic hurricane season.
14th September 2020 – Weak, low level moisture being transported across the area on a light south-easterly trade wind flow. This coupled with daytime heating could lead to a moderate chance for localized shower activity over and around the BVI during the next 24 hours.
